Merope Hotel - Karlovassi

This hotel offers great value for money. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The balcony provided a nice view of the surrounding hills and the sea, perfect for enjoying a beautiful sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the town center but away from the noise. The view from our balcony was amazing, with views of the surrounding hills, houses, churches and sea. the hotel facilities, including the beautiful garden and swimming pool, made for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, with the receptionist even offering us breakfast upon our early arrival.

The elevator needs maintenance as it is quite unstable.

Nice hotel with a pool. Clean, big rooms with a fridge. Wireless internet in the lobbies. Friendly car rental place that picked us up from the hotel.

Fantastic and personal service; most helpful, cheerful and friendly staff we have come across. Availability of coffee (free of charge) all the time. Pleasant and friendly overall. Would strongly recommend to friends and would love to return sometime soon.

We spent a lovely Christmas in this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the terrace was very inviting, especially in the mornings. The pool area was clean and beautifully decorated with Christmas lights. We also appreciated the convenient location, as it was within walking distance to the town centre and had stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

We did have a few issues during our stay. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in our room, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the elevator seemed a bit old and shaky, which made us feel uncomfortable using it. Finally, we noticed that some areas of the hotel seemed a bit outdated and in need of maintenance. Overall though, we had a good experience at this hotel.

The music by the pool was sometimes too loud for my taste, but the staff quickly adjusted it when I asked. The breakfast was a bit limited, it could have included more fresh fruits and cereals.

Secondly, the location was perfect - close to town but away from the hustle and bustle of the port. And finally, the rooms had a nice balcony where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. I also appreciated the attention to detail, like the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the rooms.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find fault with anything.
